CoNSISTENT SUPPORT

Grounded Through the Seasons ensures that the support young people receive in the summer continues throughout the year. Building on the momentum of their internship experience, this program provides ongoing workforce opportunities and wraparound support that help participants stay connected, supported, and moving toward their goals. Through consistent coaching, continued financial literacy development, and social-emotional support, youth strengthen the skills and confidence they need to navigate next steps in education and employment. 

 

Below video highlights an annual outing between One For One Chicago interns with professionals at Mariani Landscape for a day of job shadowing, hands-on learning, and meaningful connection. Interns explored career pathways within the landscape industry while gaining real-world insight into the skills, teamwork, and opportunities that power the field.
