Personal Pathways provides post high school support that helps young people navigate the critical transition into adulthood with confidence and clarity. Through individualized mentorship, career or college navigation, and continued stabilization, participants receive the targeted support they need to sustain their next steps. Our young people do not age out of support. They move forward with guidance that evolves as their goals take shape.
