At One For One, we believe we all belong to one another, no exceptions. Talent is already here. Our work is to make sure opportunity is, too.

We know what can happen when a young person is seen, valued, and given the chance to put their strengths to work. Our permanent space in East Garfield Park lets us build on what is already working—creating more paid opportunities, mentorship, mental health support, career exposure, and pathways to employment, college, and leadership throughout the year.

Your support helps us turn a six-week summer experience into an opportunity that lasts all year—giving more young people the access, experience, and relationships to build on what is already within them.
