At One For One, we believe we all belong to one another, no exceptions. Talent is already here. Our work is to make sure opportunity is, too.

We know what can happen when a young person is seen, valued, and given the chance to put their strengths to work. Our permanent space in East Garfield Park lets us build on what is already working—creating more paid opportunities, mentorship, mental health support, career exposure, and pathways to employment, college, and leadership throughout the year.

Nearly 100 young people were on our summer internship waiting list—a powerful reminder of the talent and ambition ready for opportunity. Your support helps us open more doors and grow the paid experiences, relationships, and year-round support that help young people put their strengths to work
