Dave Goetz and the Goetz Family Foundation help bring One For One’s garden projects to life. Through hands-on help at Marshall Farm and support for other garden projects, Dave contributes time, resources, and care to spaces where participants work, learn, and grow together.
His willingness to pitch in reflects the relationships at the heart of One For One: people sharing what they know and working alongside one another to make something lasting.
Connecting Talent To Opportunity.
Jessica Kraft and Chicago Hire Company bring year-round workforce support to One For One. They help participants strengthen their résumés, prepare for employment, and connect with job opportunities.
By sharing her recruiting experience and practical guidance, Jessica helps young people recognize what they have to offer and communicate it to employers. Her partnership helps connect the skills participants practice at One For One with their next steps toward employment.
Creating Spaces That Welcome.
Amanda Norcross & Norcross Interiors shares her talent for interiors to help One For One create beautiful, welcoming spaces. Her thoughtful approach brings care and intention to the places where participants gather, learn, and connect.
